at all villages, libraries, schools, colleges, universities, taluk offices, TWAD boards, Registrar offices and all Govt offices.
Finland, Netherlands, Norway has made Internet a birth right to all its citizens.
Why Tamilnadu should not?
we have free food, free education, free roads, free water, free rice, free electricity, free TV, free mixi, free grinder, free Fan, free Laptops.
Madame Jayalaitha avargale, please provide free Google Search at all villages, all towns of Tamilnadu.
People will be benefited by free internet.
It will be truly a revolution for India, a good example for other states to follow Tamilnadu.
even 5 Desktop computers with free internet - or 5 touch screen kiosks based on Android OS - at all offices is enough to help people find information faster.
